Gennady Kozovoy has been General Director of Raspadskaya Coal Company since 2003.

Mr. Kozovoy joined the company in 1978. He worked as a miner, a mining manager and General Production Manager from 1982 to 1991.

He held the positions of Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 1991 to 1993 and General Director of Raspadskaya from 1993 to 2003.

Mr. Kozovoy graduated from Irkutsk Polytechnic Institute in 1978 with a degree in Electrification and Automation of Mining Operations. He also holds a Ph.D in Technical Sciences.

Alexander Vagin is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Raspadskaya and Deputy General Director of Raspadskaya Coal Company.

Mr. Vagin started his career in Raspadskaya Mine in 1983.

He was elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of Raspadskaya in 1993.

Mr. Vagin took up the post of First Deputy General Director of Raspadskaya Coal Company in 2004.

Alexander Vagin graduated from Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute. He received a degree in mining.

Igor Volkov has been working for the company since 1984. He started his career as a miner and moved on to become Director of Production.

At present, Mr. Volkov is the Director of Raspadskaya. Mr. Volkov graduated from the Siberian Metallurgical Institute and Sverdlovsk Mining and Smelting College. He received degrees in technology and comprehensive mechanization of subsoil mining and mining technologies.

Andrei Syvorotkin has been Deputy General Director of Raspadskaya Coal Company and director of Raspadskaya Plant since 2004.

Mr. Syvorotkin joined the company in 2001. He previously held the position of Deputy General Director for Personnel at Raspadskaya Mine. He took up the post of Deputy General Director for Personnel and Development at Raspadskaya Coal Company in 2003.

Andrei Syvorotkin worked as General Director of Kuzbasskaya before he joined Raspadskaya.

Mr. Syvorotkin graduated from Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute. He received a Ph.D degree in technical sciences.

Vasily Vasilkov has been working for the company since 1976. He started his career in Raspadskaya Mine, where he worked until 1992.

Vasily Vasilkov held the position of Technical Director at Raspadskaya Joy from 1992 to 2004.

He has held the posts of Deputy General Director of Raspadskaya Coal Company and Director of Raspadskaya Joy since 2004.

Mr. Vasilkov graduated from the Moscow Mining Institute and Prokopievsk Mining College.

Vasily Kucherenko is the Director of Razrez Raspadsky.

He worked as Executive Director of Razrez Raspadsky from 2001 to 2005.

Mr. Kucherenko formerly worked as a Production Manager at KemerovoUgol from 1993 to 1999 and Production Manager at Karbo-KH from 1998 to 1999, before joining Raspadskaya Coal Company.

Mr. Kucherenko graduated from Novocherkassk Metal Institute. His specialization was in technology and comprehensive mechanization of cut mining.

Valery Zauer has worked in the company since 1974. At present he is General Director of MUK-96.

He held various posts from 1974 to 1989, including drift miner, assistant to the head of subsoil area and Deputy Chief of Aubsoil Area.

Mr. Zauer graduated from Moscow State Mining University and Osinnikovsky Mining College, where his specialization was mining. He received a Ph.D in economics.

Valery Noskov has been Director of Tomusinskoye Cargo Handling Unit since 2004. He formerly worked as a locomotive driver, Deputy Chief of Depot Operations and Chief of Locomotive Operations in the Kuzbass region and also held a number of other posts in the region’s transportation industry.

Mr. Noskov received a degree in economics and management from Siberian State University.

Sergei Kislitsyn has been Head of Olzherasskoye Shaft-Sinking Unit and Director of Raspadskaya-Koksovaya Mine since 2004.

He was a Deputy of General Director of Raspadskaya Coal Company until the end of 2003.

Mr. Kislitsyn has been working in the company since 2001. He served as Deputy Director of Technical Management and Deputy Chief Engineer of Production.

Sergei Kislitsyn received a degree in mining from the Siberian Metal Institute.

Alexander Kuligin has been director of Montazhnik Raspadskoi since 2003.

From 1974 to 1999, Mr. Kuligin worked as an underground welder and then as a senior underground mechanic at the Raspadskaya Mine.

Mr. Kuligin graduated from the Kuzbassk Polytechnic Institute, specializing in mining machines and underground electric devices.

Anatoly Ryzhov has held the position of Technical Director of Raspadskaya Coal Company since 2003.

Mr. Ryzhov worked at Raspdskaya Mine from 1974 to 2003. He started at the mine as a miner and moved up to become Technical Director.

Anatoly Ryzhov graduated from Kuzbass Polytechnic Institute. He received degrees in fuel and energy economics and mining. He has a Ph.D in technical sciences.

Oleg Kharitonov has been Head of Finance at Raspadskaya Coal Company since 2003.

He was Chief Financial Officer at Raspadskaya Financial and Industrial Company from 2000 to 2003.

Mr. Kharitonov received a degree in economics and coal industry enterprise management from Kuzbass Polytechnic University.

Maxim Litvinov has been Deputy General Director for Investments at Raspadskaya Coal Company since 2005. Previously he held the position Head of Economic and Budgeting in Raw Materials Department at Evraz Group from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that Mr. Litvinov held the position Chief Financial Officer at various companies.

Mr. Litvinov graduated from Magnitogorsk Mining-Metallurgy Institute, State University of Management, Professional Appraisers Institute and the Presidential program of preparation of the Russian enterprises’ managers in Financial Academy at the Government of the Russian Federation. He also received a Ph.D in economic sciences.

Yury Zaikov has held the position of Deputy General Director for Quality Control at Raspadskaya Coal Company since 2003.

He has worked at Raspadskaya Mine from 1987 to 2003, holding different posts, from miner to Deputy General Director for Finance.

Mr. Zaikov received a degree in economics from Novosibirsk National Economics Institute.

Alexander Andreev is Deputy General Director for Strategic Planning at Raspadskaya Coal Company.

Previously he held the positions of Head of Business Development, Head of Raw Materials, Vice President at Evraz Group from 1999 to 2005.

Prior to that Mr. Andreev held various positions in the federal government (at the Supreme Soviet and in the President Administration).

Mr. Andreev graduated from State University of Management and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
